Refund Policy Overview

At Summertime Sandals, operated by GLOWEEE LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy outlines when and how you can request a refund. Please read the following details carefully to understand your options.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds to ensure fairness and hygiene:

  • Used Items: Any sandals that have been worn or used cannot be refunded.
  • Size Changes: Refunds or exchanges for changing sizes are not possible. Please check our sizing chart before ordering.

Refunds After Delivery

If your order is delivered, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Refunds must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Process: Contact us to initiate a refund. We’ll provide a free return shipping label if eligible.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Delivery Refunds

We strive to deliver your order promptly, with an average delivery time of 2-6 business days, though it may take up to 12 business days. If your order is not delivered, the following applies:

  • 14-Day Threshold: If your order hasn’t arrived by the 14th day after ordering, you may request a refund.
  • 6-Day Grace Period: We’ll wait an additional 6 days (total 18 days) to account for potential delays. If the order arrives during this period, you can return it to us for free, and we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • After 18 Days: If the order is not delivered after 12 + 6 days, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method without requiring a return.

To request a non-delivery refund, contact us after the 14th day with your order number.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team within the eligible refund period (5 days after delivery or after 14 days for non-delivery).
  • Provide your order number and reason for the refund.
  • For delivered items, we’ll send a free return shipping label. Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or confirm non-delivery after 18 days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
